West Coast Sales & Business Operations

• Worked with the VP of Sales to build out West Coast Commercial Services, strategically growing our team both in size and revenue.

• Weekly forecasting and analysis of $20M+ sales pipeline & annual bottoms-up analysis for West Coast Sales.
• Served as the liaison for VICE’s Global Snapchat partnership, working with teams across the US, UK, CA, AU, DE, and FR. Tracking of all co-sales, campaign reporting, and audience analysis. Creative conceptualization for advertorial, productization, and marketing materials.
• Supported the development of ad product offerings across social platforms and created pitch materials for teams to use in-market.
• Liaison between VICE Commercial Services and clients / agencies across the greater West Coast.
• Assisted with internal RFP development to identify goals, approach, and strategy for integrated / cross-platform programs.
• Monitored campaign development from pre-sale to post-sale: coordinating between sellers, media strategy, creative and design, budgeting, legal, and campaign management.

Sales Coordinator

• Supported the GM to work with all Commercial Departments (Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Legal) throughout the U.S. and London.

• Lead communications between UMG(D) and all Label Heads, including but not limited to: Capital Records, Republic, Def Jam, EMI, Interscope / Geffen / AM, Island, Motown, Verve.
• Tracked data for new releases, including Neilson projections, preorders and I/O’s, digital and physical sales, radio and streaming performance.
• Created album performance reports for execs utilizing Soundscan, Sharepoint, Legacy, and Music Mart.
• Carried out street date checks for digital accounts on a weekly basis, managed internal and competitor release schedules to distribute nationally.

NBC Bay Area

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

• Managed "The City: SF Sounds", a local music-event series for our client Jack Daniels. Responsibilities included booking venues, artists, running online promotions, on-site ROS, and social media management / strategy- leading to a 125.97% increase in fans/following.
• Managed Business Development for “The City: SF Sounds”, acquired 12 partnerships with blogs, special event sites, smart phone apps, and local record labels.
• Planned and executed the 2014 local Upfront for clients, partners, brands and agencies.
• Annual Market analysis for the SF-OAK-SAN JOSE DMA examining population statistics, economic factors, media industry trends, and NBC's consumer audience.
• Weekly reporting on market conditions + distributed to KNTV Sales and Business Development Departments.

• Used Wide Orbit and Kantar for data extraction to create reports analyzing ad spends and ratings information.
• Created one-sheets for sports, TV specials, sponsorships, and program ratings.
